(Makes 2 servings.)
Ingredients:
2 x frozen bananas (peeled and cut into pieces, freeze the night before) – can also use unfrozen bananas
2 cups freshly squeezed citrus juice
6 tablespoons plain yoghurt
1/2 cup of Muesli
Citrus slice (for garnishing)
Directions: Add yoghurt, juice and banana into blender and blend until all ingredients are well mixed together and smooth. If frozen bananas are struggling to blend, add some more liquid. Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with muesli and garnish with citrus slices.
Alternatively pour smoothie contents into a glass and enjoy.
